Andrew was born on March 3, 1964 in Houston Texas at Heights hospital. His parents Joe and Laura Flores raised their son in Waller Texas.. Through school from Kindergarten to High School, art had a stronghold on Andrew. He attended Blinn college, Tomball community college, and Houston community college. He studied art through correspondence with the I.S.C. school of art in Scranton Pen. and with Thomas Cleveland, owner of the school The Artist within. "I painted with watercolors, then moved into Acrylic paint, which I like to introduce rich colors to evoke feeling of passion, and awaking one's senses." On June 5, 2007 Andrew's first show, called East Side Expo and held at Bohememos' coffee house, resulted in 4 articles from the Houston Chronicle.
